College students don’t need to sacrifice nutrition when they return to school in the fall.  Returning students often have limited or no meal plan and first-time students deal with limited/unhealthy options.  We’re offering three (3) 30-minute sessions that will cover nutrition basics, best use of a mini-fridge/microwave, how to stock a small kitchen for simple recipes, and healthy grab ‘n go snacks that work in a dorm. Also general wellness and making better choices will be covered. After repetition, seeing the cue (getting in the car) takes away the need to actually think about what you’re doing (putting on your seatbelt).
