College students don’t need to sacrifice nutrition when they return to school in the fall. Returning students often have limited or no meal plan and first-time students deal with limited/unhealthy options. We’re offering three (3) 30-minute sessions that will cover nutrition basics, best use of a mini-fridge/microwave, how to stock a small kitchen for simple recipes, and healthy grab ‘n go snacks that work in a dorm.
