WHAT: We will be running a 3-week program for anyone interested in aligning their nutrition and gritness with their fitness goals. Learn to use nutrition as a tool to better your performance when it counts the most.

WHEN: The program will run from approximately February 1st to February 23rd

COST: $150 until January 30th, then $175

Participants must be prepared to follow the guidelines in order to maximize results.

FULL DETAILS:

First, Please Register for the Program HERE. Remember, you must be focused and ready to follow the program.

Then, Please Book an Initial Consultation HERE to take place during the week before program starts. This is mandatory.

You will receive: 

  • ½ hour weekly, virtual group meetings (Feb 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) with all participants where we will talk about challenges and share ideas.
  • Two 20-minute consultations with our nutritionist, where you will get your body composition measurements and help with goal setting. The meetings will be before and after the challenge.
  • A program resource with nutrition essentials, recipes and plate/portion guidance.
  • An optional meal plan, personalized according to your dietary pattern (all food; seafood focused; plant focused, vegetarian; vegan) and calorie needs.   Recipes and shopping lists come with the meal plan.
  • Calorie goal based on your age, height, weight, activity level and goals (e.g. weight gain or loss, body composition, general nutrition improvement).

Ongoing support available for those who would like to continue meeting after the program ends.
