Saturday we will be doing the “Eva Strong” workout, a hero WOD honoring Eva Mireles who was one of two teachers killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. She was an avid CrossFitter who regularly attended Shotgun CrossFit in the same county.
