Let’s come together in support with hope for a resolution and gratefulness to be in a safe position to help through community fitness. WHAT: We will have a 45min class where participants will go through a workout accessible by all levels of athleticism – from bench warmer to pro. WHY: To raise funds going directly to emergency medical services aiding civilians caught in the crosshairs of war. WHEN: Sunday, October 15th at 930a.
