Wed: CrossFit Total
Thurs: Open Gym ~ Make up missed Total or Athlete’s Choice
Fri: Pull-Ups, then Sprint, AMSU & KB Snatch
Sat: MU Drills, then Partner work with AMSU, SDHP & TTB
Sun: C&J Complex & DU, then DL, Sprint, HSPU & HPC
