CrossFit Group Classes

Classic CrossFit and variance at it’s finest. Applying levels to strength and conditioning group programming, the daily workouts at CrossFit Veracity are approachable yet challenging, and create a more well rounded everyday athlete – bringing out the true fitness potential in every member.

Personal Training

We understand that each individual is unique. You may prefer a more one-on-one setting whether for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or specific needs. At Veracity Athletics, the coaches are happy to accommodate each individual situation to aid you in achieving your goals.

Veracity Fitness Lab

These 40 minute Strength and Endurance focused classes will consistently be longer workouts without any barbells or high skill gymnastics. The equipment used includes but is not limited to sleds, dumbbells, rowers, sand bags, kettlebells, ski ergs, medicine balls, air bikes, rings and more. 

 

True Nutrition Coaching

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better. Our Nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.
