Simple Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session.
Every client is entitled to a one-time cancellation fee waiver, whereby you can cancel a session in less than 12-hours, at no additional charge.
If a coach cancels a session with less than 12-hour notice AND cannot provide you a replacement coach, you shall be entitled to one free session.
