Simple Cancellation Policy:

All changes (cancellations OR reschedules) must be received at least 10 hours before your scheduled training session time in order to avoid being charged a fee for your session.
Veracity Athletics understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one short-notice change fee waiver.
No shows are not eligible for the change fee (or its one-time waiver) and will be charged in full for that training session.
