The Plan to Stay Healthy at CFV: Phases 1 and 2

Here is a recap (plus some clarifications) of the way too long FB/IG Live Video
PHASE 1

  • CFV is staying OPEN until forced closed because helping others helps us all or it’s just plain no longer safe for you – whichever comes first!
  • Please take this two question survey about additional class times ASAP
  • Class are HARD CAPPED at 10 people until further notice – you will get turned away
  • Box Access is suspended until further notice
  • After Saturday (3/14), no external drop-ins allowed at the gym until further notice
  • I know your kids don’t have school but please DO NOT bring them to the gym
  • Air bikes can only be used outside and not as an internal run substitutes – where they just circulate respiratory droplets…
  • Paolo is taking a small hiatus from dispensing personalized espressos and general Italian wisdom
  • The self-serve cold brew can still be purchased through the kiosk or for a monthly ‘bottomless pour’ charge
  • Our in-house partner comp (March Madness) on 3/28 has been postponed to the Second-of-Mayo!
  • We are happy to offer 1:1 virtual coaching to you now if you do not feel comfortable coming to the gym at this time – just email us and we’ll get you set up!
  • We are happy to offer holds up to 30 days at no cost to you – at which point we will check back in to see if anything has changed

FOR FUTURE REFERENCE (I.E. if we close)
PHASE 2

  • We would extend the 1:1 virtual coaching to everyone
  • We would loan out DBs or KBs to help vary workouts at home – no barbells, air bikes, rowers, etc
  • We are happy to point you in the right direction to purchase home gym equipment should you choose and we would likely purchase some more equipment for CFV as well so we can all get bulk / discount pricing
  • We are happy to offer holds up to 30 days at no cost to you – at which point we will check back in to see if anything has changed
