The CrossFit Open has begun! You can sign up for the Open here– you have until 8:00pm to sign up/submit your score on games.crossfit.com . Let’s get the ENTIRE GYM signed up! Our first FNL was a hit- it was amazing to watch you all push yourselves. It was so successful, we are bringing back pizza and beer both this Friday and next Friday! Bring a friend to support you (and give your team some extra points) and let’s have fun celebrating fitness!
