I understand that Veracity Athletics operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all private training sessions. Therefore, when canceling OR rescheduling (I.E. changing) an appointment, I am required to provide MORE than 10-hour notice, for which no additional levy shall be incurred. 

If I change a session LESS than 10-hours to the scheduled time (I.E. short-notice), I shall be charged a $29 short-notice change fee for that session time. The change fee only applies if your coach is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the short-notice change fee and will be charged in full for that training session.

Veracity Athletics understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one change fee waiver. You will not be charged for your first change with less than 10-hour notice. Subsequent short-notice changes will be charged the change fee for the session. The one-time change fee waiver only applies if your coach is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free change fee and will be charged in full for that training session.
