Get a great sweat every week without feeling burnt out! Class participants are coached on the movements for the day and all appropriate modifications to stay safely within current athletic capacities. These 40 minute Strength and Endurance focused classes include: warm up and and average of 25-35 minutes of longer metabolic conditioning training (metcon) and exercise.

What Does Each Class Look Like?

The workouts change daily and will fall under one of two class types:

Functional Fitness Classes

will be longer metcons that will include free weights, bodyweight, and machine movements to increase overall fitness (feel like longer grinds)

C2 Conditioning Classes

use exclusively machine movements and no weights with a focus on Zone 2 Heart Rate work scientifically proven to increase endurance (think lower HR for longer cardio feel) 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES?

These classes will use all movement patterns in workouts without being dependent on the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. No matter the day it’s simple, not easy and either class type provides an option for a good sweat every week.
