Get a great sweat 5x per week without feeling burnt out or beat up! Class participants are coached on the movements for the day and all appropriate modifications to stay safely within current athletic capacities. These 45 minute Strength and Endurance focused classes include: warm up and and average of 25-35 minutes of longer metabolic conditioning training (metcon) and exercise.

Tue | Thu use machines and no weights and feel like longer cardio.
No matter the day it’s simple, not easy and the combo of the two sessions allow for a good sweat 5x per week.
