HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM CROSSFIT VERACITY GROUP CLASSES?

Veracity Fitness Lab (VFL) classes will use all movement patterns in workouts without being dependent on the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. The equipment you will use includes but is not limited to sleds, dumbbells, rowers, sand bags, kettlebells, ski ergs, medicine balls, air bikes, rings and more. We will take care of you, your body, and your joints so you can attend 5 classes a week consistently without feeling broken every other week.

WHAT DOES EACH CLASS LOOK LIKE?

A typical week of 45 minute classes will consistently have longer metabolic conditioning training (metcon) that alternates as follows:

  • The Functional Strength and Endurance days on Mon | Fri will be longer metcons that will include free weights, bodyweight, and machine movements to increase overall fitness
  • The Endurance days on Tue | Thu would be exclusively machine movements with a focus on Zone 2 Heart Rate (think lower for longer) work scientifically proven to increase endurance
  • The Composition Strength and Endurance classes on Wed will start with a shorter metcon followed by some targeted strength work designed to get a deep muscle burn and make it look like you work out 5 days a week
  • Saturdays will be 60 minute Tribe Strength and Endurance classes with longer metcons designed as a Partner or Team Workout to foster a fit community

The workouts will change daily but every week will follow this sequence. This varied yet structured exercise cycle relies more on moderate athletic volume to allow for consistent attendance and yield increased conditioning and improved body composition.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR (INSERT: JOB, HOLIDAY, MERCURY IN RETROGRADE, ETC)?

No. We believe trust and transparency starts with knowing all members are at the same rate.

We do offer everyone who is new to Veracity an opportunity in your first weeks as a new member to either “treat yo’ self” or pay it forward. We are calling this “15 for 15” where for every 15 classes you attend (with a minimum attendance of 3x/wk) you get to either:

  • Treat yo’ self and receive a 15% discount on your next billing cycle OR
  • Pay it forward and donate your 15% discount into a scholarship membership
    • Every 10 donations give a deserving applicant a free 4 weeks of classes!

We feel this is a fun start that places a high value on consistency and philanthropy that matches our high level of service and we’ll tell you more about this opportunity in person once you get started.

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

The normal onboarding process consists of one (1) required Foundations class offered only on certain days / times BUT we are waiving this requirement until mid-March 2024 so getting started with Veracity Fitness Lab classes is the easiest onboarding experience we have ever offered. Additionally, we want to make sure you get a good feel for our structured exercise cycle so we are offering everyone who signs up through this link TWO (2) FREE WEEKS.
