How we breathe matters. It directly impacts how we move, exercise, sleep, recover and tolerate all forms of stress. Changes in our breathing patterns instantly create major shifts within our nervous system. What we breathe with and the rate of our breathing is intimately linked to our ability to regulate and influence our energy levels, pain levels, mood, posture and our ability to deal with everyday tasks. This 1hr. seminar will unlock the magic and nuance of breathing and how we can take conscious control of something that has always been automatic. We will shed light on how breathing can help with your ability to deal with movement limitations, stress, pain, anxiety, fatigue, sleep and exercise.
