Mon: Snatch Complex, then DL, KTE, FS, TTB, HC, Pull-Ups, OHS, CTB & BMU
*Silver Steps @ 11:15 am; Evening Yoga @ 850 pm
Tues: Clean Pulls & Power Cleans, then Row, AMSU & DU
Wed: Back Squats Week 1, then Ball Slams, TTB & Sprint
Thurs: Open Gym ~ Make up any missed Back Squat Program work or Athlete’s Choice

Fri: Gymnastic Complex, then Power Cleans
Sat: Partner work with Tire Flips, Ring Dips, HRPU, Ball Slams, KBS & Sprint
Sun: Bench Press, then STOH & CTB
*Morning Yoga @ 830 am
